Remove the Speed Limit from the game files: Just open C:\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles\ and navigate into the folder of your current profile. To be fair, this is a game about driving trucks, not about completing deliveries. Essentially, the deliveries are to give you something to do while you're driving the trucks around. On. having them off get´s boring in the long run. I see no reason to turn them off. I don't drive like a loon so I rarely ever see a fine.
