Make sure you have enough speed before you even hit the take off button. Also, don't hold the throttle down - if you do, the plane will go up too much and then nosedive. Tap it, so that the plane is flying level. If it dips down, hit the throttle a bit. If it's going up too much, ease off on the throttle. It's Red Alert in FPS form!
