228i vs 328i? Are their any performance differences between the 2014 228i and the 2014 328i? Does the 228i have sportier suspension or handle differently? Thanks. They run on the same platform they share the same transmission and engine. The 2er turns a bit sharper due to being smaller and a bit lighter. I never specified but I aready own the
M3 vs 335i as a daily. I am an owner of an E36 M3 (1997) and a former owner of a 2008 335Xi with a full Dinan conversion. I can't give any advice on subsequent M3s with the V8 engine, as I never owned one. For my money, the only M engine worth owning is the inline 6. I was very satisfied with the 335/Dinan for both comfort as a daily driver andIt's only about $1,700. It's almost worth it just for the anthracite headliner, but you also get the M Sport steering wheel, which is great, you get the very nice unique wheels and you do get rear park distance control, which is worth $375 retail. www.bmwcca.org member #388003 - Use me as a referral & you could win a one day ///M Driving School Looks the same and no one will know a difference unless they read the badge on the back. If you want a bmw just to have a bmw then go with a 328 to save some cash. If you want a car that's faster then go with a 335. You can usually tell it's a 328i based on the single dual-tip exhaust. Appreciate 0. The engine in the 328i, although improved last year, is the same great, dependable straight line-6 that BMW is famous for. Fuel mileage figures is also a bit better in the 328i. Bottom line, if you're into high performance and want to drive the biggest and the baddest of the E92's, go for the 335i.
In the U.S., the convertible will be offered as the aforementioned 300-hp 335iโthe model we got an early drive inโas well as a 230-hp 328i when it goes on-sale at the end of March. Pricing isn
